• Assist in working with attorneys/staff in regards to the medical facts/issues as it relates to the claim or case.

• Attend depositions, trials, review panels, arbitration and mediation hearings.

• Prepare/consult with interrogatories. 

• Consult with healthcare providers & Coders/Billers.

• Research and identify expert witnesses.  Also, provide expert witnesses if needed.

• Assist with interviewing clients, expert witnesses, key witnesses and experts.

• Coordinate and attend IME, DME with clients to facilitate information gathering for the attorney.  "Act as attorney's eyes and ears."

• Act as a liason with attorneys, physicians and clients.

• Analyze and compare expert witness reports and other work products.
